The café will have a local and community connection of its own, as Urban&Civic has partnered with family-owned Newark business ‘Gannets’ to offer fantastic hand-made food, with the aim of drawing people in to this growing new place and establishing it as a destination within the fabric of the Newark landscape.

Cerealto have been operating out of their Worksop Factory since 2016. They are part of the international group Cerealto Siro Foods with a combined turnover of more than half a billion euros they are focused on the manufacture of cereal based products.
The heritage of the Group is based in Spain and now operates in Spain, Portugal, Italy, USA, Mexico and Worksop UK. The group employs 4000 colleagues and more than 9% are recruited from groups with barriers to work.
The team in the UK of around 250 colleagues is led by Managing Director Jason England “We are very pleased to be associated with these awards since they are focused on our local community and also Food; which is of course a topic we are working with every day”

Cerealto UK have taken a keen interest in local issues and Mike Harfleet the UK Chairman is a member of the Worksop Town Commission, which initiates practical action to improve the environment and social cohesion of Worksop.
